Try to Moisturize Corn Flakes!

21 Mar

If you don’t regularly exfoliate dead skin cells stay on the top layer of your skin and blown up they look like corn flakes.  Do you like the picture 🙂  Moisturizing is sooooo important and I talked about that in an earlier post Click Here.  If you don’t exfoliate that layer or the top couple layers when you moisturize it is like trying to moisturize corn flakes 🙂  It won’t hydrate your living skin!  (Great visual huh)  Microdermabrasion is one of the best extra exfoliation treatments I think you can do.  It helps slough off the dead skin layers helps with collagen and you usually see benefits texture, color, and tone of your skin.  It also helps with making your pores look smaller, unclog pores, reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars.  It also increases circulation and lymph flow.  Which most of these things I knew I did not know about the lymph flow.  Based off of this article Aluminum oxide crystals are the best for microdermabrasion they are hard enough to exfoliate really well, but won’t micro tear your skin like other exfoliators.  Click Here  Make sure you are weary of exfoliator masks with fruit pits they crush them and because of their jagged edges can micro tear your skin.  Which can make your skin get infllamed.  Yikes.  There are lots of brands my fav for quality and price is Mary Kay microdermabrasion.  If you break down in price per use it is under $2,00.  AWESOME!!  Most microdermabrasion sets only come with the scrub this is a two step program which has an awesome serum to follow up the scrub!!!  LOVE it! 🙂

Any exfoliation is great. I actually haven’t tried either of those. I used to use Cliniques line but I don’t think the scrub I used was called that though. I used to really like it but it didn’t last at keeping my blemishes away and that is actually why I switched to Mary Kay and finally found something that worked and helped me stay clear or almost clear.

Woo Hoo corn flakes:) I love the idea and will let you know what happens. Here is a list of my musts and must dos for the at home fine tuning of the skin. I have the http://www.riiviva.com at home microdermabrasion tool. It’s magnificent. It also saves me $250 per session. I do the plum and onion recipe for my acne. I know it sounds different but a girl can never have too many ideas. I do the tooth paste dab for any pimples and of course the cool yogurt facial.

Yey, you have a new follower now. Thanks girl and keep it coming. GirlPower
